The Reverb Rocker has Rome's own coined profile of MtnPop 2.0 - technically a hybrid rocker with slight camber ends and when riding, it certainly has the feel of a classic rocker profile. The Reverb is very flexible and rides loose and is as playful as puppy seeing snow for the first time. You can spin this board on the spot and it is ideal for presses and butters.
If rode hard and at speed, the Reverb can feel slightly wobbly. But, if you take it easy with slower carving, ground tricks and hitting natural features, the Reverb will put a smile on your face and remind you of why you snowboard.
The reverb was pretty good in powder and handled choppy terrain, such as churned up snow, with ease.
Being a Freestyle board, the Reverb does what it says on the tin and will give you hours of fun in the park and pipe, with the versatility of equal enjoyment on the groomers. Carbon Fibers and HotRods (single barrel bamboo) are used to give a snappy and crisp pop to ollies.
Beginners will appreciate the forgiving nature of the Rocker profile and will find it almost impossible to catch an edge.
