The Bataleon Global Warmer has not been designed to be one with nature, but during our on snow test, we found a freestyle beast that is as near to being an all-mountain board as you can get.

Unashamedly the nemesis of tree-hugging environmental campaigners, the Global Warmer is constructed out of quality and durable materials to create a high-end jib board.

The Tripe base twin 3BT has a 'mellow jib camber' profile for great pop and edge control. The Global Warmer also has horizontal slabs of carbon fibre inserted underfoot from one edge to the other, especially designed for jibbing.

Fantastic for all that is park and pipe, the Global Warmer is also ideal for those who don't want to bother changing boards when heading onto the piste.

With a symmetrical nose and tail with a sintered base with a wide centre, the board locks in on park features, has good stability for fast, straight line riding, and is forgiving on scrubbed landings. The soft flex is press and buttery heaven, while the horizontal carbon stringers that are inserted below the bindings give a surprising and snappy pop for ollies.

The board features a full length camber profile with uplifted sidebases either end, which gives a real loose skate feel on groomers, but with speedy turn initiation and a toughness that can handle choppy terrain.

With a higher price point than many other freestyle boards, the Global Warmer is designed to last the distance and is as near to an all-mountain board as you can get in the freestyle category.
