The Manaslu Hybrid jacket has PrimaLoft One synthetic insulation panels both front and back, while the sides, sleeves and snug hood (designed for use with a climbing or ski helmet) are all made from with Polartec Power Stretch fleece.
This jacket is part of Sherpa’s Khangri Series, which is designed for alpinists by Nepalese Sherpas, and made in Kathmandu for a good local wage, with profits going to the Paldorje Education Foundation. If it’s good enough for Sherpa’s in the high mountains of the Himalayas, then it should do you just fine too.
