Salomon Titan

The Titan is a freeride orientated all mountain board from Salomon. The board feels stable thanks to good torsional control aided by basalt stringers in the binding zones as well as traditional camber underfoot. When you pick up speed there's no sign of chatter thanks to 2mm rubber rails which run down the inside of the steel edges and dampen the vibrations. The board is mid-stiff so should suit most riding levels and terrains. Turn initiation is progressive and easy and edge hold is good so long piste carves should be a breeze. The early rise rocker tip and tail lends itself well to decent powder flotation in regular and switch stances. Overall a decent board for the intermediate rider looking to explore the mountain outside of the piste markers.
