I'm not a big car guy, but the Capita BSOD feels like it has a supercharged V8 under the hood. Pointing this board down the mountain you find yourself instantly going faster than you normally do and whizzing past everyone.

Surprisingly the board isn't overly stiff and you can happily butter around on the piste. The BSOD is very stable too, with its directional shape making for a smooth ride - the shape also means this board has tons of float when you get the chance to jump into the powder.

The DSOD is not amazing in the park or for jibbing about, but it has plenty of pop so big stylish straight airs feel and look great on this stunning snowboard.

Not suited to beginners with its more aggressive nature, but more experienced riders looking for an all-mountain charger that performs especially well in the powder will love the Black Snowboard of Death.
