The Capita Birds Of A Feather is an All-Mountain charger for aggressive riders. During our test, we found it's best for those who enjoy a traditional camber, but want a slight Rocker at the ends for lift.

The Capita Birds of a Feather feels like a board that needs to be let loose in the mountain, a bit like a rehabilitated endangered species. It needs aggression, but once tamed, there's an enjoyable and smooth ride waiting for its master.

This mountain groomer charging stick has a true twin hybrid profile with positive camber that mellows out to flat. It's very stable at speed on groomed pistes, with a slight Rocker at the top and tail that just helps you float in powder.

The Birds of a Feather does struggle slightly on uneven terrain such as cookie fields and it's not the most forgiving of boards, but it's great for dialing in long sweeping carves.

The board has an average flex and is feels suitable enough for jibbing and buttering, but it's even better for stomping down big kickers and a real joy for switch riding. Not particularly at home in the park, it is best suited for lapping groomers.

This is a durable stick with Capita Fortress Kevlar bound sidewalls and a new wax infused Enduro base, as well as 4 x 2 stainless steel inserts to further reinforce strength.

The Capita Birds of a Feather is an enjoyable all-mountain board that demands to be ridden hard and definitely not made for those with a lazy riding style.
