The Scott Maya impresses due to its versatility in all conditions. It’s great at carving up the pistes - holding a steady, stable turn and moving from edge to edge quickly. The directional twin tips and good flex pattern allow for ventures into the park and for playfulness on and off the piste, whilst Scott’s Pro Tip Rocker technology means that it performs to an extent in soft snow, although the 76mm width underfoot restricts it slightly in terms of carving tracks in deep powder. Overall, the Scott Maya is a great option for those wishing to ski the whole mountain.
