The Rossignol Experience range is more than just a wider version of an on piste ski. It has the feel of an off-piste ski but is capable too of carving out turns on the groomers. It is light and easy to ski in all conditions apart from very deep powder, when you might be wishing you had the 88 or 94 versions of the ski.
The radius is 15m and ideal for both short and long turns, and the progressive sidecut produces good edge hold, at the same time allowing you to drift during the turn.
The Air Tip VAS feels strange when you first ski on it, especially when you really load the front of the ski, but it does make the ski very easy to pivot at the start of the turn. Ideal if you are picking your way down through the trees or skiing slushy moguls.
The High Density Core is lighter than traditional poplar, and gives a good damping qualities to the skis, but perhaps lacks some of the liveliness of a wood core.
A light and forgiving ski that will encourage you to take on parts of the mountain you have not skied before, feeling comfortable in your ability to take on the changing terrain. The perfect all-round ski for the smooth and relaxed skier.
