We were impressed by the performance of this ski for a recreational level, although we also felt the appearance wasn't much to write home about.
Edge hold and manoeuvrability were good while the construction of the ski aims at providing more balance and stability.
As you would expect with a ski in this bracket and price range there is a limit as to how far you can push the performance. In longer, faster and harder turns the ski became unstable and began to break away but it excelled in slow pivoted turns and at moderate speeds.
They were also pretty nimble though bumps and other trickier terrain offering support and forgiveness where needed. They have the dynamic energy of a traditionally cambered ski but the forgiving nose and tail meant turns were easier to engage and exit each time.
This ski is ideal for early intermediate skiers looking for an easy, great value and confidence building ride or a lady that just wants to cruise around the pistes at a relaxed pace. The Nordica Elexa Evos win the race for slow and steady skiers.
