Nordica’s Cinnamon Girl didn’t inspire all of our testers on the 2013 on snow ski test in Austria, but some believe it’s a good tool for instructors as well being easy to turn.

The Cinnamon Girl is an on-piste carver that’s designed for advanced female skiers who enjoy both long and short turns on groomed slopes.

It had a mixed response on our ski test with some reviewers finding the skis less responsive than they were hoping for. A disappointing 2.5 score out of 5 was given for on-piste turns, which the ski is designed for.

Still, not everyone agreed and the tip rocker combined with wood core construction ‘gives the skis an easy turning feel with the stability of a race ski’, said one tester.

They would suit an instructor looking for a good all-round on-piste ski that can make turns at all speeds.
