The Pierra Menta is a legendary 'ski alpinisme', or ski mountaineering race which has been taking place in Arêches Beaufort, France’s capital of ski alpinisme, for 29 years.

Between March 20 to 23 there will be four days of challenging racing, with 2- 3,000m of climbing each day.
