Ischgl's Top Of The Mountain concerts have become legendary, opening and closing the Tirolean resort's five-month long ski season. This season's opening concert was headed by Beth Ditto and her Indie rock band Gossip at the end of November to a crowd of 20,000. Previous closing concert headliners include Elton John, Kylie Minogue, Alicia Keys, Katy Perry and Rihanna.This year's closing concert falls in the UK's extra long Bank Holiday Weekend in April, extended to commemorate the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton on Friday 29 April.
