Great early snowfall, will see the French resorts of Courchevel and La Clusaz open early. Yes you can ski both resorts this weekend, with Courchevel actually opening for free. Yes it’s true! One of Europe’s most expensive resorts is offering access, to the limited lifts that will be opened this Saturday, for free.
La Clusaz, in the Lake Annecy Ski Resorts area, will officially open the Balme area from 9:00 to 16:00 on both Sat and Sun, but you will need to buy an early season pass.
So if you’re lucky enough to be near either resorts, get your kit on and get on the mountain.
