Ski Sarajevo, a UK company, have opened up the chance for UK skiers to hit the slopes of Jahorina, Bosnia this February, thus marking the 30th anniversary since the Bosnia Winter Olympics of 1984.

Grant Seuren, director of Ski Sarajevo, comments, “Bosnia has always been a fantastic ski destination with first-class slopes, conditions and infrastructure as well as a huge amount of local culture and stunning scenery. It’s the perfect great-value destination for independent travellers of all abilities looking for somewhere new to ski.” Trips start from just £269 per person this February and include airport bus transfers, five days’ accommodation, breakfasts and lunches, plus the services of a tour manager. Options include a £100 Event Pass which offers a five-day ski lift pass, entrance to all Ski Sarajevo parties on and off the mountain, participation in the Winter Games Festival and walking tours of Sarajevo and Mostar with local Bosnian guides.
