In 2013, the Austrian Tirol sent a small UK film crew to several of its most popular ski resorts to interview people on the chairlifts and pistes, asking them what they thought of the resorts.
The 3 to 5 minute shorts include general resort information, advice and insider tips, as well as, of course, opinion from the people who know best – the skiers, boarders and resort staff on the ground.
Proving to be hugely popular with prospective visitors, who valued ‘real reviews from real skiers and boarders’, the series was added to, with films from Ischgl, Mayrhofen, Kühtai, Alpbach/Wildschönau, Obergurgl & Hochgurgl, Innsbruck & Nordkette, Niederau & Auffach, Kitzbühel all available by the end of the 2013/14 season.
Now the series has been further extended with new free-to-view video reviews from the punters on the pistes at St Anton am Arlberg, Grossglockner Resort Kals Matrei, Ossttirol Resorts, and Seefeld.
