Skiing used to be viewed as an elitist sport, but this has never been the case at Kendal. The club was formed with the principle of skiing for anyone who wants to have a go.The slope's skiable area is 80 metres long and 35 metres wide. As well as two distinct 'normal flat' skiable areas of slope, they also have a quarter pipe, two kickers, 'waves' and three rows of moguls. Uplift is by two 'Briton Button' tows and a rope tow.
