There's a popular category of skis that combine the power of a racing ski with the ease of turning provided by the tip rocker. The Rossignol Pursuit 16Ti sits right at the very top of that category and impressed us consistently.

'Fast and confidence boosting', 'fun and powerful at the same time' and 'great for long radius carving turns', were all the positive comments our testers made after skiing on them extensively.

They scored very highly for edge hold, especially in the longer radius turns and seemed to relish the harder packed snow at whatever speed you took them up to.

The skis didn't perform quite as well on the shorter radius turns, scoring lower marks, but overall they managed to score consistently well in all the on-piste categories.
