Superb quality, extremely effective
A bit bulky to take on holiday

It’s well known that a combination of ice and compression is the first step in relieving the pain and swelling of injuries and setting you on the road to recovery, and Hyperice produce a range of ‘devices’ that aid in this.

We got hold of their knee device, a compression wrap combined with an ice cell that you place around your knee.

The ‘ice cell’ is loaded with ice and uses an ultra-thin skin and an air release valve to allow for optimal compression; this is placed beneath an ergonomically designed compression wrap that holds it in place against the knee. By pressing the air release valve you get an ice ‘cast’ around your knee to aid in recovery after a fall or injury.

The build quality of both the ice cell and the wrap is second to none, it’s extremely comfortable in use and it will fit either the left or right knee; you can also get devices for the back, ankle, elbow, wrist and shin, and it’s endorsed by none other than Lynsey Vonn.
